New Wave Theatre was conceived and hosted by Peter
Ivers and originally broadcast on Los Angles Public
Access Television and later on Night Flight. The show
featured up and coming bands in the L.A. area. In
1983, Peter was murdered in his L.A. apartment. The
case is still unsolved and the murderer has never
been caught. Check out the list below to see some of
the bands that appeared on New Wave Theatre and as
Peter would say, "Don't be a gherkin!"
